On Cancellations

Cancellations aren't fun for either of us, so leave me smiling by showing you value my time and professionalism.

You passed my screening, submitted your deposit, and blocked off our appointment on your calendar weeks in advance. Everything’s going as planned… except now you need to cancel.

It happens! No matter how excited we are about the plans we’ve made, sometimes life gets in the way. Maybe you had a last-minute schedule change, like an unexpected meeting, or maybe you woke up to a flat tire. Maybe you’re nervous about seeing a Dominatrix for the first time, or maybe you’re filled with shame about exploring a side of yourself you try to repress.

Cancellations aren't fun for either of us, so leave me smiling by cancelling respectfully. Show you value my time and professionalism by following the tips below:

1. Tell me promptly.

I make personal and professional decisions based on your commitment, and the earlier I know to no longer expect you, the faster I can begin restructuring my day.

2. Follow my cancellation protocol.

This includes submitting the remainder of your tribute if cancelling within 48 hours of our appointment. Don't make me track down your balance, especially if you'd like to book with me again.

3. Be honest.

Cancellations happen for a number of reasons, and nervousness and anxiety are the root of many. If that's the case with you, be honest with me. I'd much rather you tell me the real reason behind your cancellation than for you to blame it on a vague family emergency I'm unlikely to believe in the first place.
